Refund Policy

At Coffee Coalition, each product is made on demand — printed specifically for you when you place an order. This helps reduce waste and support sustainable production. Because of this, we can accept returns or issue refunds only in the cases described below.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day window for eligible claims, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to report an issue. To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, your item must have a manufacturing defect, be misprinted, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coffeecoalitionbrand@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the product and the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Do not send items back to the return address on the package; production facilities cannot process returns.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Please double-check your size and color selection before placing your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at coffeecoalitionbrand@gmail.com .

Exchanges

Because products are printed on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, reach out first — we will replace it or issue a refund according to the conditions above.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it — before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, as each item is custom-made.

Coffee Coalition complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. As our products are custom-made, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production has started.
