Shipping policy

At Coffee Coalition, every item is made on demand and shipped directly from our trusted print partners to reduce waste and ensure the highest print quality. We currently ship orders within Europe, the United States, and Canada.

Production Time

Each order is carefully processed and printed before shipment. Production typically takes 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Times

  • Europe: 3–7 business days (fulfilled by OPT OnDemand)
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days (fulfilled by Monster Digital)

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, the United States, and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping outside these regions at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment leaves the facility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking details first. If it still has not updated for several days, contact us at coffeecoalitionbrand@gmail.com, and we will investigate the issue with our production partner.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender because of an address error, a new shipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Split Shipments

As our products are printed on demand and may come from different production facilities, items in the same order may arrive separately.

Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
